The short version

We collect the information you give us through the booking and trade forms on this site, and we use it to respond to your inquiry. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it with anyone outside the small set of tools we use to run our business.

What we collect

From our forms, when you choose to fill them out:

• — Name, email, phone, and ZIP code
• — What you’re looking for, your rough kitchen size, budget, and timeline
• — Any notes you add to the form
• — For trade applicants: business name, trade type, and project volume
• — UTM parameters and ad click IDs when they are present in the page URL

We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used: pages visited, referrer, approximate location, and device type. We don’t use this to identify you personally; it tells us which pages are useful and which aren’t.

How we use it

• — To respond to your inquiry and schedule a kitchen visit
• — To send you the quote and follow up about your project
• — To improve how the site works

We don’t send marketing emails you didn’t ask for. If we ever start a newsletter, you’ll opt in deliberately.

Who we share it with

Your information lives in a small set of tools we use to run our business:

• — GoHighLevel (our CRM), which stores your contact record and any notes from your inquiry
• — Google Analytics and similar tools, for anonymous site usage
• — Vercel, which hosts the website and processes form requests

Each of these has their own privacy practices. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone outside this list.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and pixels for analytics and to remember if you’ve visited before. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking anything important on this site.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records stay in our CRM as long as we’re working with you, plus a reasonable window after. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll do it. See below.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
