This path fits when assembly, install labor, countertops, and surrounding trade work already have a clear owner outside Oakway. You want the cabinet order priced clearly, but you do not need Oakway to coordinate install, countertops, reconnects, or surrounding trades.
Every box still has to be assembled before install starts, every cabinet has to be set correctly, and the countertop plan still needs to be handled by you or your installer.
If that does not sound like the right trade-off, the contractor-led project path is better when someone else owns the room. If you want Oakway to handle the cabinet and countertop path from visit through install, the installed kitchens path is the better fit.
