Flat-pack details
When flat-pack cabinets make sense.
Flat-pack can make sense when assembly, installation, and the work around the cabinets already have a clear owner, and when Oakway is only quoting the cabinet package. It is not the right fit for homeowners who want Oakway to coordinate the project.
We’ll walk through the layout, assembly trade-off, and what stays outside Oakway’s scope.

Best fit
A smaller-scope option, not the main project path.
This fits when assembly, install labor, and surrounding trade work already have a clear owner outside Oakway. You want the cabinet order priced clearly, but you do not need Oakway to coordinate install, countertops, reconnects, or surrounding trades.
It is still a real project. Every box has to be assembled before install starts, every cabinet has to be set correctly, and the countertop plan still needs to be handled by you or your crew.
If that does not sound like the right trade-off, the contractor-led project path is the better place to start. If you want Oakway to handle the kitchen scope, the kitchen project path is the better fit.
