Oakway-led kitchen projects start at $25K. Most land between $32K and $50K. The final quote depends on cabinet count, countertop selection, layout changes, install scope, and whether you already have a contractor involved.

Appliances themselves are purchased by you. We measure around model numbers and include appliance install only when it is written into the quote.

Already have a contractor?
If Oakway is not leading the project, we can still quote the cabinet scope from your layout, define what belongs to Oakway, and talk through countertop coordination when it fits the job. Pricing is based on cabinet count, door style, finish, delivery, and whether the boxes arrive assembled or flat-pack.
Warranty
What we stand behind, in plain language.
Cabinets
Cabinet warranty terms are included with the quote and handoff. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, Oakway helps sort out the replacement path instead of leaving you to chase a supplier alone.
Install (Oakway-led projects)
Installed work comes with written warranty terms. If something tied to the install needs attention after the job is complete, you call Oakway and we work through the next step.
What’s not covered
Damage from normal wear, water leaks outside our scope, owner-made changes after install, and work handled by others.
You get the warranty details before the job is complete, in the same plain language as the scope.
